As an award-winning baker, plant-based cookbook author (The Bakery Book: Allergen-Free Eats & Treats) and athletic twin mom, Maiah is a sought-after influencer in the fitness, vegan food and healthy lifestyle communities.

​

A native of Eugene, Oregon (Go Ducks!), Maiah currently resides with her family in Southern California where she an energetic part of the fitness and health-loving community. Maiah has worked for a popular yoga brand, taught yoga and SPX Pilates classes for years, and has even delved into beginning and children's ballet instruction. She also worked in several bakeries and coffeeshops, honing her abilities in the kitchen and perfecting her own creative recipes.

In her spare time, Maiah can be found playing with her toddler twins, browsing bookshops, inhaling almond milk lattes, and trying to keep up with teenagers in advanced ballet classes.

 

Maiah is right at home on a mic leading a workout class, writing blog posts for brands she is passionate about, on an Instagram story encouraging her followers, sharing a new recipe, and everything in-between. Her love of health and fitness shines through as she educates her community on ways to incorporate healthy-living practices and products into their lives and especially into their children's lives and habits.
